Sign Up for Competition and Fundraisers Continue

Hello Everyone,

Things are going well getting ready for CBC in August! We have a sign up for anyone who would like to get their Personalized Crystal Ballroom Jacket before the competition, and also for anyone who would like to purchase spectator tickets to come watch.  We'll have the most going on as a studio on Friday Morning/Afternoon, (Formations, Solo, Rhythm Competition, Rhythm Shines) Although, we will also be having fun Thursday night with Club Night, and Saturday with Smooth.  Friday and Saturday Evening are the Professional Events where you can see Cedric and Mallory take the floor in Rhythm!

This week was our biggest rounds practice ever with 6 couples on the floor practicing! Great job to everyone for your commitment to improving and showing up as a team!

For those of you who were not here this weekend, and did not know. Ann (our wonderful front desk helper) has gotten her house into contract and is getting ready to move to the Villages in Florida! We are excited for her big move, and wishing her the best of luck in moving south!

Byron Saunders Foundation is a Charity we work closely with each year to help provide food for families at Thanksgiving!  $40 Feeds a Family, and we have multiple ways you can help!

3 ways to help feed families this Thanksgiving

1. Food Drive 

From now until November we'll be accepting the following items (or any other food that does not expire until at least December 2023) Before September 10th, each item is a vote for your favorite dance team!

2. Vote/Donate online for your favorite Dance Team

We have 3 Crystal Ballroom Teams this year!

Every $1 is a vote... $40 feeds a family, so I'd like to challenge each and every one of you to feed at least one family this Thanksgiving!!

3. Dancing with Columbus Stars Fundraising Event

This event is at Villa Milano on September 15th, 2023

Reserve your spot at one of our tables now!!

We are reserving tables based on who chooses to purchase tickets with us.  Your ticket purchase will be split evenly between the 3 Crystal Ballroom teams and you'll get a chance to sit with our group for the event. 

VIP Tickets are $150 (feed 3 families with this donation)

Sponsored Table Tickets are $100 (feed 2 families with this donation)

CBC Dancesport Competition

We have 19 people going to CBC representing The Crystal Ballroom!

This competition is at the Hilton in Polaris from August 17th-19th.  We are excited to be represented in Club, Smooth, Rhythm, Standard, Formations, Shines, and Solos!!!  Plan to come and support your friends at this event!

This Friday is our Monthly Line Dance Night starting at 6:00pm.

Saturday don't miss our weekly ballroom dance party at 8pm, preceded by a Viennese Waltz Class!
