Share a Testimonial! New Instructor - Holly, Halloween Decorating Party

Hello Everyone!

This week I was reminded of the power of dance and that it changes lives.  

My health coach this week asked me if I had a "Health Genie" to grant me any wish what I would want, and I realized the biggest desire I have for working out is the desire to move and use every part of my body in rhythmical connection and coordination - in other words to dance with every fiber of my being!

My testimonial to ballroom dancing is that I started dancing in college, I didn't have a whole lot of social prowess and did not feel comfortable moving my body.  Ballroom dancing gave me a skill, a community of fun friends, a place where I could be accepted while enjoying movement in my body that built confidence and strength.  Dance is my passion and it was nice to be reconnected to that this week.

With that said, I am looking for 5 people to share how dance has changed, saved, or impacted your life! We'll set up a 40min block to record the video testimonial, and ask questions, then we'll edit the video to share!  If dance has saved or changed your life, please share your story!

Are you one of those people who are creative and love decorating for the holidays?  If so, please come join us for our Halloween Decorating Party on Sunday the 20th from 12pm-4pm. Our haunted house is legendary and we're looking forward to including all of your creative ideas as well!  

We are excited to announce we've added a new instructor to the fold.  Holly has had a passion for dancing for many years, and she recently graduated from our training class and began training as an instructor.  Last Saturday she passed out of her Core 6 Training to qualify as an instructor at The Crystal Ballroom.  We are lucky to have someone as kind, thoughtful, and passionate as Holly joining our team, please welcome her as you see her around the studio this week!

We also have the pleasure of introducing our Saturday Dance Hostess Jocelyn!  Jocelyn has 4 years experience as a dance instructor and can both lead and follow.  She is excited to share her passion for dance and help everyone get on the floor to dance!
