New software active, Byron Saunders Fundraiser Tickets

Hello Everyone,

‍New Software - MOMENCE is Active!

Each of you has an account with us in this new software.  Access to this account will give you the chance to set up a fee-free way to pay for your recurring monthly membership, schedule lessons, check-in to group classes and parties in advance, as well as review charges and payments.  All accounts are set up with your email.

How to get access to your new Momence Account

-Be sure The Crystal Ballroom has the correct email address on account for you.

-Check that email for an email to reset your password (search “momence”)

(if you do not see an email, let us know and we can resend a password reset)

-Reset your Password then sign in on your computer, go to your account, and update Bank Account ACH (if you want a fee-free way to purchase online)

Why would you want access to your Momence Account?

- You can schedule and pay in advance for parties/group classes/lessons.

- You can cancel and reschedule appointments through Momence.

- Memberships and any online purchases can be paid for in 2 ways:

Credit Card on file (subject to a 2.9% Credit Card Fee)

Bank Account ACH on file (there will be no fees with this and it can only be added through your account with Momence and is secured through Stripe.)

Can I just pay and schedule in-studio?

Yes, we still accept cash, credit, and check in studio.  The only limitation we have are recurring payments which will need to paid through our software, or paid in advance in one of the ways just stated.  Scheduling with an instructor and being checked into group classes and parties will still happen at the door as well!

Summary:

No cards are currently on file, if you choose to store a card on file, there will be a 2.9% transaction fee.  If you log into your Momence Account and save Bank Account ACH on file, there will be no charge.  Don't worry, we will not charge anything until we've had a chance to speak to you all individually about the transition... all Credit Cards will no longer be on file and will need readded to our new software.  We have a quick card-reader in studio to speed up transactions with no transaction fee for in-studio purchases.  

Thanks for your patience as we learn how to most effectively use this new system and carry over all information from the old system.

This is an event we look forward to every year.  We provide the hot dogs & hamburgers, you provide the condiments, desserts, and side dishes.  The evening starts with David grilling the meat, we vote on favorite dishes, then get to dancing. There is a prize for most patriotic costume and we have a patriotic playlist to celebrate!
