Competition Q&A, Dance Vision Testing, Revised Calendars

Hello everyone!

Happy Spring!  Many of you have been part of the Crystal Ballroom for many years now and intimately know what makes our ballroom special!  We have since DAY 1 put a focus on offering everyone a chance to dance through our variety of offerings including group classes, parties, private lessons, performance classes, spotlight dances, showcases, etc.  Thank you all for supporting our focus on community!  Ballroom dance was the one place I always felt I belonged and was included and I am excited to continue to pass that feeling along to everyone who walks into The Crystal Ballroom!

So, one of our fantastic opportunities, to be part of something our community does, is coming up!  CBC DanceSport Challenge is our hometown Ballroom Competition and we'd love to show up and be an example of community once again in 2025! Sammy, Holly, and I are preparing to run formation teams, get the Amateur Ballroom Team up and running, and prepare our Private Lesson students for ProAm Competition at this event. Even if you've never danced before, in 4 months we can get you set to enjoy your very 1st Ballroom competition.

Ladies, that means coating yourself in crystals and feeling like an absolute princess.

Gentlemen, we'll make you look powerful and dapper!

Our Competition Q&A (CBC Casting Day) is on April 11th at 7pm.  Put it on your calendar and come support as The Crystal Ballroom gears up for this great 3 day competition in August!

We are bringing in our local Dance Vision Adjudicator in April to Coach, facilitate Student Achievement Award (testing out of the Dance Vision syllabus), and run a Master Class.  Be sure to sign up to work with Lisa Vegas on April 14th!
